Terms and Conditions (T&C) for HuntedByNight Photography
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed via the online store of HuntedByNight Photography on presetsbynight.tentary.com and huntedbynight.com.
2. Contract Conclusion
By providing products on Tentary.com, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The purchase contract is concluded when the customer completes the order process and the payment is successfully made.
3. Digital Products & Download
Our products are digital goods (Lightroom Presets) that are made available for download after purchase. No physical products will be shipped.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is made through the available payment methods PayPal and Stripe. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the order.
5. No Right of Withdrawal, No Returns & No Refunds
As these are digital products that are made available immediately after purchase, there is no right of withdrawal, return, or refund (Section 356 (5) BGB).
6. Usage Rights & Copyright
The Lightroom Presets by HuntedByNight Photography are protected by copyright.
The buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the presets for personal purposes.
Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the presets is strictly prohibited.
7. Liability
We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the presets, especially incompatibilities with specific Lightroom versions or computer configurations.
8. Final Provisions
German law applies. If individual provisions of these T&C are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
